By accessing or using Desi Scores, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Desi Scores is intended for personal, non-commercial use to track scores in card games. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Any content you submit through the app (such as game data or feedback) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to provide the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure

All content, design, branding, code, and features of Desi Scores — including the name, logo, and interface — are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our express written permission. Your own game data and profile content remain yours.

We aim to keep Desi Scores running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Desi Scores is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desi Scores and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or disputes between users — arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which for a free service is $0).

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
